What exactly am I ordering?

Do we need to film anything?
No filming session is needed. We work from reference photos and guide you on what to send once we have discussed your idea. You do not need to upload photos to make an enquiry.
How soon can I get my film?
The Spotlight Reel has a 5-day studio turnaround, the Feature Premiere 3 days, and the Grand Blockbuster includes 48-hour VIP rush delivery. Tell us your event date so we can confirm availability and leave time to test it before your celebration.
Can I choose the style and request changes?
Yes. Tell us the mood, occasion and any dedication you have in mind. The Feature Premiere includes one revision pass; revisions on other packages can be quoted separately before any extra work.
How do payment and booking work?
Send an enquiry first. We will confirm the package, availability and next steps by email. No payment is collected through this form, and submitting it does not reserve a production slot.
Can I play it at my party or wedding?
Films are delivered digitally in 1080p Full HD. Tell us about your venue's screen or projector when you enquire, and allow time to test your file with the venue before the event.
